So you want to say goodbye to insomnia

So you met insomnia….

She seemed like a nice gal at first. It was all fun and games until you realized you couldn’t shake her. You’re tired. throughout the day, sluggish and over the whole pretending to count sheep thing

How to break up with insomnia

  • Stop eating at least 45 mins before bed
  • No caffeine past 7:30pm
  • Herbal tea is your new friend
  • Sound machine or sleep sounds on YouTube
  • Take a warm bath or hot shower
  • Lavenderrrrrrr: lotion, candle, body wash, bubble bath. It will put you to schleep
  • meditate
  • Turn off the tv,, plug in your phone and just slowly breathe in and out
